During the past 14 years, Project MOST, has been committed to providing high quality after school programming to the East Hampton community. Project MOST opens children's eyes to the world and helps them succeed by offering them a range of academic support, enrichment activities, physical exercise and positive social development, Monday through Friday from 3pm to 6pm. Project MOST currently serves over 350 students, kindergarten through 8th grades at the John M. Marshall Elementary School and the Springs School. Project MOST also providesa summer learning program for 35 students, grades 3 through 8, that focuses on organic gardening, cooking, health and wellness. We pride ourselves on giving the students hands on, project based, learning opportunities that aligns with the day school curriculum. Not only is Project MOST a safe place to be, for a student after school and in the summer, while their parents are working, it is a place of learning. We provide the students opportunities to be engaged in STEM activities (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), art and culture activities, health and wellness classes, as well as a strong academic support program with certified teachers and youth leaders. Project MOST also gives 40 East Hampton High School and college age students the opportunity to work in a paid position as a youth leader and also to receive community service hours which will go towards their high school education.
